091101 – Happy November!
November is going to be a good fitness month for me. I’m going to get my workouts and nutrition dialed back in. To kick it off properly, I hit the box for the 10am WOD.
Warmup – Aviv led a group agility warmup that I loved. High knees in all directions, butt kicks, broad jump, vertical jump and more. I worked up a sweat by the time it was done. Awesome!
WOD -Tabata Skill Work (Double Unders, Pullups, Medball cleans, Ring Dips)
Double unders – 51 (not bad considering the rope broke and I missed about 2 intervals
Pullups – 7 (It’s tough love time. I tried to kip. No deadhang. No band)
Med ball cleans – 53 (Felt solid in these. Could have moved a bit faster)
Ring dips – 60 (Used 2 small red bands)
you coming in this weekend? chad & i will be there most of the day tomorrow… want to work on kipping??
