091030 – Gut check
Today’s WOD was the Crossfit Total. Since I’ve not been working out consistently, it was a good measure of where I am.
Squat – 195 (10 pounds below PR)
Press – 80 (5 pounds below PR)
Deadlift – 235 (20 pounds below PR)
CFT – 510 (compared to PR of 545)
So the good news is that I’m still plenty strong. The bad news is that I’ve lost strength in the past 6 months. Sooooo, I’m on a mission to fix that while working on my metcon goats (kipping pullups, double unders)
