091029 – I’m not a player I just squat a lot
It’s been so long since I’ve updated the blog that I almost hear crickets in the background. . .
So, I’m trying to pull it back together and refocus my fitness. In the past week, I’ve taken baby steps each day. Step 1 – get 8 hours of sleep. Step 2 – increase my water intake. Step 3 – get back to the box at least 3x per week. Which brings me to Thursday. I flubbed Wednesday, but am planning to go Thursday and Friday this week.
WOD – Back squats 5-5-5-3-3
I did 95-125-155-185-195. My 1 rep max is 205 so I was pleased with this effort.
