090812 – Rest day recap

It seems like every post is a recap these days. 

090807 – Ran 2 miles with my dog.  Killed two birds with one stone.

090808 – 10 rounds of 10 burpees, 10 pushups: 15:48.  The burpees actually felt like rest.  It was by the 4th round, I was doing the pushups two at a time.

090809 – Olympic lifting session in the afternoon.  Worked on snatch balance and overhead squats

090810 – AM: Ran 3ish miles with the girls  PM: CFE Bike WOD – All out ladder – 1 min on/1 off, 1 on, 50s off, down to 10 sec off and then back up to 1 min on.

090811 – AM: PCF WOD (400m, 20 press, 400m, 20 push press, 400m, 20 push jerk) in 8:42.  The lifting was fast.  It was great to have Laura P. and Jen F. to chase on the run.  PM: Swim at Haines Point.
