090806 – Back to the box

After 3 days off, I made it back to the box.  I did the warmup and felt like it was my first time doing pushups – boo!

Warmup – 3 rounds of 10 (SPT, pushups, walking barbell lunge 35#, hip extension).

PCF WOD – 21 toes to bar, 21 SDHP, 50 double unders; 15 toes to bar, 15 SDHP, 50 double unders; 9 toes to bar, 9 SDHP, 50 double unders

The SDHP were at 65# and these were fine.  Toes to bar got better as the numbers decreased.  And double unders were slooooow.
